Download links are not subject to a scheduled expiry date. However, access may depend on third-party services such as Google Drive. Users are therefore strongly advised to download and securely save all purchased files on their own computer or device as soon as they receive them.

Awareness AI Lab cannot guarantee that a particular access link or third-party storage service will remain permanently available.

This does not limit the user’s rights where the product has not been properly delivered or the files supplied are defective or non-conforming.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded, unless a legal exception applies.

Awareness AI Lab products consist of digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

During checkout, the user is asked to expressly request the immediate supply of the digital content and to acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal will be lost once access to or download of the digital content has begun, where permitted by applicable law.

This consent is requested separately and is not inferred solely from acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Where:

• the user has expressly requested immediate digital delivery;

• the user has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal;

• access to or download of the digital content has begun; and

• the consent and acknowledgement have been confirmed in the electronic order confirmation,

the statutory right of withdrawal is lost, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The user may therefore not download or access the digital product and subsequently request a refund merely because they have changed their mind or no longer wish to use it.
